To book an appointment, we require a $15 - $30 non-refundable retainer fee (deposit) which goes towards the cost of your service.

Please note that when booking through our website, the deposit will include a small transaction fee of $1.79 that will not be deducted off the final cost. We accept the remaining balance in CASH ONLY, so please make sure to bring the correct amount to your appointment.

Any card / zelle / e-transfer payments will be accepted with a $10 inconvenience fee.

We value your time, and we know that you value ours.

To ensure that our team can provide high-quality services to everyone, we have a cancellation policy in place.

If you must cancel your appointment, please make sure to do so at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees.

If you cancel between the 48 mark, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel 24 hours (or less) before your appointment, you will be charged 40% of the service price as the cancellation fee.

When cancelling your appointment, your retainer fee is forfitted and cannot be used towards fees.

• Come to your appointment with clean lashes  (no mascara, glue, makeup etc.)

• Try to avoid caffeine atleast 2 hours prior to your appointment if possible, it can cause your eyes to be very jittery which can make my application process take longer.

• if you wear contacts please remove them before we get started. The lash adhesieve can cause dryness and possible irritation.

At Forever Vida, I strive to provide exceptional beauty services to all of my clients. I understand that unexpected delays can occur, which is why I have removed late fees from my policy. Clients who arrive late will still receive their full service, but within the remaining time of their appointment. If a client opts to request an extension, a $15 fee will be added to the final cost. Communication is key, so please let me know your needs so I can provide the best service possible.

We kindly ask that if you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees. If you need to reschedule between the 48 hour mark, you will be required to pay a $20 rescheduling fee.

If you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will send you an invoice for a $25 rescheduling fee and you will be required to repay your deposit.

• Book your refills every 2-3 weeks
