Cancellation Policy
**Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy* If you need to reschedule or cancel your training, please notify us at least **72 hours in advance** to avoid any fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within **72 hours** of your scheduled class may result in the loss of your retainer fee (deposit). If anything comes up, please don't hesitate to reach out. Communication is always appreciated, and we'll do our best to work with you whenever possible. *Late Policy Please arrive **10–15 minutes early** so we can begin on time. Training will start at your scheduled time, and we are unable to extend the class due to late arrivals. The remaining balance for your training must be paid **before the class begins**
